Pernell & Ruby Mitchell

Pernell and Ruby Mitchell have been Central Florida residents for over 30 years. Affectionately
known, around Leesburg, as "Officer Mitchell". Pernell served his community, as a sergeant,
with the City of Leesburg Police Department. He was on active duty for over 17 years before
retiring to pursue his dream of becoming an entrepreneur. Ruby delivered packages for UPS,
upon retiring in 2010, the couple launched their Financial Services business, located in
Leesburg, FL. Each of their seven children have had a hand in realizing their vision of serving
the Central Florida area.
 

Pernell and Ruby Enterprises (P&R Enterprises) is a community support agency dedicated to assisting families to gain
knowledge and experience necessary to become financially free and create generational
wealth. Since its inception, the company's primary mission is to help individuals we serve
become properly protected and financially independent. We have helped people from all walks
of life reach their fullest financial potential.
 

P&R Enterprises has a team of over 20 representatives who take extreme joy in assisting
middle class income families achieve their financial goals by providing the following services:
Offering small business owners and their employees with retirement planning to help them
save for their future, learn basic money management concepts, and build retirement nest eggs.
Pernell is a licensed financial services professional and Regional Vice President for Primerica
Financial Services, the largest independent financial services marketing organization in North
America. Pernell is also a certified Ramsey Solutions financial master coach and mortgage loan
originator.
 

Pernell and Ruby are active members of Impacting Word Family Worship Center in Mount Dora,
FL and are training to serve as ministers.
